I love the system but this has pissed me off tonight. I go to sign into my damn Live profile and it comes up that there has been a error in my billing management or some bull**** like that and that I can not sign in to Live. Well I call 1800*******es and they sent me to the billing department which then sends me to the sign on department which tells me that its pretty much Billings problem. I raise hell and the guy I had was actually english and listens for a bit. He tells me to try to sign onto xbox.xom with my windows live ID. Well I do that, get my password incorrect and it locks me out? The guy tells me that it should only lock me out after 3 try's. Well then I try to get into my Hotmail Email account and it locks me out of there automatically. I try to change my password and it gives me a secret question that I never even set up. The whole system is pissing me off, I am giving them my street address and phone number, all this info but yet they wont give me my other info because of "security" concerns. I already gave them the credit card number for the account and everything else. What security risk is there now. I am so pissed.

Couldn't be because maybe your account was banned for gamerscore cheating could it? That's what was happening to other's when they had their account banned. -

there's a program out there that lets you essentially get any achievement you want. You don't even need to gamesave anymore. Not saying he used it, but there's easy ways to do this if you wanted to. MS got wise to it, but they still really only reset people who cheated in Gears of War 2 or Halo 3. Otherwise, you'd have to increase your score an obscene amount quickly for them to wipe it.Comment

I can tell you how he may have been caught. He gave himself achievements for Family Game Night...all of them. Two of the games have yet to be released yet. LOL So he has achievements for XBLA games that aren't even out.Comment

That is high at 60K and would raise any eyebrows. I didn't know that there was actual software out there to do this.........people must really be that desperate.
I hope Uncle Skyboxer gives him an arse whoooping. LOL!
