Re: Sony E3 Discussion
- I thought for sure there would be PS3 Slim news - and was pulling for some backwards compatibility news. But w/the new PSP being priced at $250, if the Slim exists don't think it's going to bring much of a price cut if one at all
- The Last Guardian/Project Trico was impressive. Unfortunate that most of the footage they showed was leaked weeks ago; expected something up to date.
- Never been a GT5 fan or NASCAR fan, but having NASCAR in GT5 for some reason piqued my interest. Still seems like the game will never release though
- Uncharted 2 was their biggest heavy hitter and they shot their load early
- God of War 3 will be great; March release though
- The motion controller thing was all kinds of comedy, in light of Microsoft's Natal
- They had me with Final Fantasy XIV... until they said online
Not much else to be interested in. I really thought Sony would do well this year. I was wrong.HBO's "The Wire" should rank as one of the top 10 shows EVER on tv - period

Re: Sony E3 Discussion
FFXI was online only and had a HUGE story that still continues today. They keep adding stuff. FFXI is amazing and FFXIV is a must buy for me.Comment

Re: Sony E3 Discussion
Mostly, I'll be waiting to see if they have any kind of subscription plan for it like with XI. If it happens to be free, it's an instant buy for me - monthly fee makes me actually think about it. FFXIV exclusive to PS3 had to be considered the megaton - no doubt in my mind.
I hope they can get both of the numbered games out next year.Comment
