360-deleting selected game updates?

I have a game that has had 3 updates. I've downloaded them all. Now I'm thinking I might now want the third update after all. I know I can wipe out all the updates but does anyone know a way to get rid of just the most recent patch?

no.

Also, refusing a new update keeps you from connecting to Live while playing the game.

you can delete an update.. you just have to figure out what update it is.. Also you have to be able to connect your 360 HD to your computer.. Pretty simple actually..

But once deleted you can not connect to live with the game or else it will update itself once again...
