PS2 to VGA or DVI

Any one aware of a reasonably priced way to connect a PS2 to a monitor via DVI or VGA? Appreciate any advice.

If you want VGA, I believe you still have to get component cables and a VGA box that costs like $70 on play asia. The cheaper it is, the worse the quality will be on your monitor.

There was a ps2 VGA cable, but I recall it only worked when running the ps2 in linux or GT4 running in 1080i. I haven't really kept up on this stuff since like 2006 though.
