Re: PlayStation 3: The Comeback Kid?
2 areas where the ps3 needs work still is PSN and demo downloading. PSN still needs work to be on par with the 360, and for some reason demos take a lot longer on the ps3 to download. Then you have to wait for it to install on your system. If Sony can make PSN a lot better that would be a major boost.NBA2K is the standard of sports games period.Comment

Also add the syncing of trophies should be done in the background which is very annoying.2 areas where the ps3 needs work still is PSN and demo downloading. Re: PlayStation 3: The Comeback Kid?
well they cobbled all this stuff on, including the slow loading in-game XMB. Live is more streamlined because MS has had more time with it, and some of the functions Sony is tacking on were day one 360 features..Comment

Re: PlayStation 3: The Comeback Kid?
well they are also having a problem with 3rd party trophy card sites mining their servers for info. They supposedly even asked some sites like Giant Bomb to not have trophy tracking stuff for the ps3.
Sony's a big company, but MS has more money to throw into Live, as well as a subscriber base.Comment

Re: PlayStation 3: The Comeback Kid?
So since you are back on the PS3 you can quit ducking me now.Dislimb was right about the PS3. Despite Gamestop.com saying that 5 different stores had one available, every single store said otherwise when I called them. I ended up finding a 120 gig slim through a search on Target.com and picked it up at lunch. Then I went to Gamestop, traded in a few games because of their special, and walked out with Heavy Rain, The Show, and MGS4 without spending anything. Pretty good day so far. Can't wait to fire this up later. The Sports Preacher
