XBOX 360 Wireless Adapter (Where to buy)???

Quick Question fellas

I need to buy 2 - Xbox 360 Wireless adapters. One for my buddy and another for my lady's little brother.

I saw them on E-bay for around 30$ to 35$. But being that E-bay you can get screwed I wanted to see if anyone knew of a safer area to get them around the same price??

If you have Wireless N, buy the Linksys WGA-600n. I have one and it's the bomb. No lag, whatsoever. http://www.linksysbycisco.com/US/en/products/WGA600N

Thanks for the heads up Brian. But they both have wireless routers and modems. They are just needing the Xbox 360 Wireless adapter.

It is silly that thing cost close to 90$ retail.

I got my Linksys refurb off of Ebay for 49.00. But what's funny is they were selling for about 60.00 at the same time on other auctions. Dude ended up raising his price to 59.00 starting bid. I think he had started mine at 30.00 opening bid. I love it. I'm just glad that the MS wireless-g has come down. I actually bought one a long time ago for 99.00. What a waste of money that was.....

The original Wireless G gaming adapter by Linksys works, too. I was kinda mad to find that out after I sold mine (had it for my XBOX) and bought the MS one for 99 bucks.

Cool, after reading the post I did some google searches and their are quite a few options that work over the MS over priced one.

It's called being a nice person.

Yeah, you don't need an official MS adapter, in fact, I have a super old one I bought when the 360 first came out that is coupled with my wireless router. Costed me nothing and never gives me lag: http://www.amazon.com/Netgear-WGE111...cm_cr-mr-title. Also, I'm not the most technological guy but it hooked up and worked with no problems.

So yes, you do have options which is great.
