    PS3

    So, I'm really considering buying a PS3 for MLB The Show alone. What can people recommend as the best deal right now- online or in store.

      not sure of any deals right now...but you will be lucky to find one right now. PS3's are scarce.
      I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

      I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

                  I am also making that move this year. Was gonna buy a PS3 last week and havn't been able to find a single one since then. No one has them in right now, NO ONE! I have never wanted spend 300.00 so badly, and not been able to lol!

                          I was very lucky to find one earlier this month. They had just one left at a local Walmart, which I bought(mostly for The Show as well). I had no idea until after that about the shortage problems.

                                  Sony sold a whole lot of them over the Holiday. They said there could be some shortages. I wonder if something new is coming down the pipe.

                                          Same problem here, ive checked several cities in the area, and none to be found, not even refurbished ones. Id rather buy new anyways, but someone at gamestop said they are suppose to start getting some shipments in this week. I hope its soon.

                                                  In the NY area I know for sure they are sold out everywhere EXCEPT Toysrus on 42nd street. They had a ton of them when I picked mine up after trading in my 360 on friday. Don't know how many are left now but if your in the Tri State area that's the place to go.
