Xbox 360 Data Corrupt (after transfer)

hey guys, i changed HDD's today on my old 360. went from a 60gb to the 120gb. i noticed after i did all of that in the memory part it had the game saves for each game, but below them said Corrupt Profile. but my profile still works etc.. how do i fix those files? they all still work like before, but just have that message under them. should i just recover my tag? would that make that go away?

Mods, lock this up if ya want. i re-downloaded my gamertag and the problem went away.
