I currently don't have internet at my residence but I do have a Live account. If I take my hard drive and games over to a friends house and attach my drive to their 360 am I still able to access those patches once I take my drive back home and re-attach it? I realized that I could not get the xbox update allowing me to use usb drives until I took my whole console there. Curious if you have to do the same for game patches. Any answers are appreciated.

EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure. -

In theory it sounds like it would work because the System would see that the game update is not on the HD. If you have problems though I'd suggest taking your 360 over there and getting the update to your system.BeyondMediaOnline.com
