Rock Band 3 with some of the new instruments (maybe the real guitar) could be a family Christmas gift.

Real guitar isn't coming until next year and will cost somewhere more than $250.

I will start off by renting 2k11, but I'm sure I'll buy it by the end of the month more than likely. Renting Kirby's **** Yarn, EA MMA, and possibly Fable III as well.

SvR is a buy now.
Fable III will be purchased later on the PC as statues,a gold and alignment bonus aren't much.
RB 3 has been bumped to...whenever. So the same slot as DJ Hero 2.
Fallout may be playable sooner than expected.
