    Xbox 360 and TV issue

    I just picked up a new Sony NX800 46" TV and hooked up the Xbox 360 and PS3 and everything else, but I have an issue. The TV goes black for a second or two occassionally, almost like when you switch inputs; however, the game still is running while it does this. My PS3 is not doing this. Any thoughts on why it is doing this?

      Do you have your consoles hooked up to a 3rd party switcher? If so, it could be your switcher adjusting it's resolution. Happens to my PS3 and I can see the 1080p notification turn to 720p.

          I have the HDMI's for all of my components connected through my Sony soundbar, although it has never been an issue before. The only new component that has changed is the TV. But I will look at that.

          Thanks for the idea. I guess I could go straight to the tv with it.

              Yeah it always best to have your video feed going straight to the tv.
