By the way, it also peculiarly listed that you could add "digital downloads" to your cart, which wouldn't make much sense to do unless you were doing it with a deal (because otherwise you gain nothing doing it specifically from a store that's not just the PSN Store). Anyway, it got me thinking that maybe you could apply those and get a discount off one of them. Turns out you can't, though. I just tried adding three to my cart (after adding three physical media, which showed the discount), and no discount was displayed.

I wonder why they show them as options to select in this deal, then.

Yeah, I tried doing that as well, but it didn't let me. Maybe you can order and then chat them into honoring it?

I'm kind of torn about what deal to do, leaning towards going to TRU and buy a 16GB memory card for $60 then flip the $20 gift card to get Uncharted for $20 then nab Hot Shots off PSN (I think I'd prefer it digital). The B2G1 deals, I'm not sure there are even 3 games I want at this point.

I really hope they do something like this as I want both but probably won't do both on release date unless it is in some form of package

Yeah, as long you have the hotspot as a service...Sprint offers it as an option on the phone that I have.

That's why I had initially planned to go with just the Wi-Fi Vita, but changed my mind when I realized I may not have that hotspot service forever. With all the other providers switching to only monthly plans, how long before Sprint follows suit?
