Easy is probably similar in terms of not worrying about fusions and such, but from my PS2 experience on Normal, that's the level where you need to have at least some understanding of it, or you'll struggle.
Thanks for testing that out, bcruise. I really want to give this game a shot, just so I can experience (for me) something completely out of normal realm of games I typically play (sports, sports, sports, platformers, action, sports).

So I downloaded Chrono Trigger for the Vita, the PSOne classic. I can't figure out how to save in the overworld. I can save on the little green dot things but how do you save otherwise?

      Thanks

I can't remember if the menu structure is the same on the PS1 remake (it probably is), but on the SNES you save by pressing X (triangle on PS controller) and going to the last icon on the menu (looks like a pencil and paper). You can save like this on the overworld, but not in the field. Have to find save points for that.

              Re: Sony PSVITA Discussion

Being a typical American sports gamer, I have never really played soccer on videogames (nor do I really understand the sport). I think the main reason I am not really interested in soccer is (maybe just what I perceive?) the low scoring (and low scoring chances). Unlike the 5 to 6 total goals a game I would see in hockey, I am thinking I would expect maybe 1 to 2 total goals a game in soccer.

This is a long way of asking you folks who have played FIFA on the Vita whether you can change the sliders or skill level or something to get more offense. Since we don't (yet) have hockey on the Vita, maybe it is time I check out soccer?

              Appreciate your thoughts!

Review of the portable charger. This thing would of been cool if it would of somehow connected to the Vita considering it looks so lightweight.

I'm holding the Portable Charger in my hand as we speak. It weighs more than my phone, and as much as my wallet. It's not that light. Not that it's heavy, but it would bring the Vita down with it if you just hooked it in (plus it couldn't really fit well anywhere).

A convenience with this is the thing can do into your pants or jacket pocket with the cord coming out of it. It's as good of a plan as any.

Now this thing is still a cool idea, just very ugly design and for the price it doesn't seem like it is bad. This adds about 50% more battery life to the Vita. I don't use the rear touch ever unless it is mandatory (which I think the rear touch is useless).

                      NYKO Power Grip - $29.99

Playstation Lifestyle gave it a great review.

I remember seeing these proposed designs before the Vita came out, and haven't seen them again since I've seen the Sony Portable Charger which I am now in possession of.

After owning the Trigger Grips twice (tried to give them a second chance), I've come to realize that it will take quite a bit for me to get used to an attachment. I'll be willing to give some a try again, but I'm set as far as a portable charger is concerned.

As I said in another post, the Sony charger can potentially add 1.5x the battery life on your Vita. Say the battery life for gaming was four hours... if you played that through, you can play while the thing is charging, and it should take about two hours or whatever to charge. After that, you can play for another four hours. Six more hours of gaming is quite splendid, and you would only use the charger for two of them.

I know many people that didn't care for the trigger grips. I really like them and they help make the Vita more comfortable. If those trigger grips had some kind of battery built in and were the same size that would be rather awesome.

I have one. I don't even notice it's there. It doesn't mess with the touch sensitivity and it's basically invisible. I treat mine like a baby too but I like having that added protection just in case.

I echo what Chef Matt is saying. It's basically transparent on the screen. I'm sure you might get a little more glimmer without it, and it definitely messes with you if you're playing under sunlight (which I'm sure would be tough anyway), but I'm taking no chances with it.

I might replace my protector soon, just to see: 1) how foggy mine might have gotten compared to a new one (maybe not at all, though); 2) see the contrast against no protector screen. If indeed there is a large difference, maybe I'll consider trying to go without it. It kind of concerns me to do so, though. Mine hauls around everywhere.
