As for games being cheaper I would completely disagree about the digital downloads being cheaper because you can't re-sell them and they rarely go on sale. For me I usually trade in or sell a lot of my older games. For example, I waited a couple of weeks to buy UC3 and bought the game on sale for $40 and ended up selling it for $40 so it cost me nothing! That's impossible to do with digital downloads. I know that was a big complaint with the PSP Go in that the digital price doesn't go on sale and you can't resell it making it far more expensive in reality. Will the digital download prices fluctuate to keep up with the Amazon and Best Buy market? I'm guessing not.
Furthermore, digital downloads will be expensive due to memory space. It's not like the PS3 where that really isn't a concern. A game like Uncharted on Vita takes up almost 3 GB = almost $15 of a memory card. So even if you paid only $25 for a downloaded Uncharted on the Vita it would take up about $15 of your memory card = $40 and you can't resell it. You have to consider that.
