PSN debit card problem... NEED HELP ASAP

So, suddenly, completely out of the blue, PSN won't recognize my debit card. Here's where it gets interesting... When I go to enter my info, it will tell me my card is invalid, and after checking my bank statement, Sony has charged me $1 for each attempt!

    WTF???

Anyone have ANY help here for me?

Same thing happened to me a couple months ago. Here's a the response I got from them when I contacted support about it.

We are sorry to hear that you were not able to add funds to your PlayStation(R)Network account's Wallet. To help resolve this issue be sure that you leave out any apartment numbers that may be present in your Billing Address. We also recommend that your verify that the AVS(address verification system) filter is enabled for your debit/credit card. If this is nor enabled you card would not be accepted. Most banks are able to enabled this feature when requested. I have also included the following article which may help the issue as well.

Article Title: Problems entering billing (credit card) information

I actually don't remember if removing my APT. number fixed the problem or not. As for the $1 charge, they eventually just disappeared from my bank account without me doing anything.

Thanks for the quick reply man...

What's weird is I've been using this EXACT card for about 6 months now... and now suddenly it no longer works? I'll try losing the apt # and see if that helps... if not, I'll try that other option.

Man this is pissing me off though...
