They sell a usb converter for wired controllers.

The only ones ive seen on the market apparently have delays with the analog sticks for all games, this would probably not work well with the show.
I agree though I'd rather have that set up, If sony would just copy it and make a dualshock (pick your inovation name) controller, that could run perfect like the dualshocks now

I dont know who at the moment, but I have seen an aftermarket PS3 controller with the Xbox setup.

Yes I do... It's made by "Power A". It has an Xbox 360 controller design to it . It's not bad. you can buy the controller , either wired or wireless. I've seen it at all the local retailers.. Best Buy, Walmart, Gamestop/EB Games, and ToysRus. Wired will run you about $20 and wireless $40. To take a look before you buy....... www.PowerA.com

Does that Power A feel just like the xbox one?

The converter is the XCM Crossfire Converter. Ive seen all sorts of prices. But Id rather buy that Power A if its any good.

Im reading that the Power A has a larger dead zone on the analogs?

no disrespect, but i would stay far and clear from this product. i have the "the cross battle adapter 2.0" from XCM and it is a GEM. best product ever made. no lag at all. i have always hated the sony controller with a passion, especially for shooters. this thing solved my problems. its a bit costy at 90 plus you need a wired xbox controller so add another 35. you can get it on amazon. it has far better user than the powerA model and i can tell you from first hand experience, it saved the PS3 in my home. otherwise, with that ps3 controller, its days were numbered. i use it to play the show and it works flawlessly. no lag at all!

And Yeah, I figured this woulda gotten moved, but I wanted to talk directly to people using it to play The Show, for thats all I have right now.

Since receiving this and getting a chance to try this out, let me briefly point out my observations:

*Was a bit finicky to get the PS3 to recognize, but once it did, there's no problems.
*Grip is rubberized finish, not slick like the DS or other controllers. Nice look and finish.
*Somewhat bigger casing overall (but still not to the size of the 360 despite other comments/reviews) ... it could be wider.
*Weight is pretty nice... doesn't feel puny.
*Buttons are a bit close together.
*R1/L1 triggers are somewhat too low in profile.
*R2/L2 triggers are straight, not concave or convex. Serviceable.
*Thumbsticks are a bit on the high side. Some reviews complained of dead zones and I found it to be the opposite. I found them to be over-responsive, making it difficult with, for example, a driving game. It will be interesting to see how it handles TheShow and analog batting.
*Built-in battery.... didn't see a full charge picture, so unsure how long exactly 1 charge will last. It does not appear to be wired compatible.

I'd say overall it was a good $15 spent and if you need a second controller and don't want to shell out the $40-55 for a DS3, it'll work.

I'll also add that I've been using the Power A as well. It's too bad it doesn't have the Raven's casing. However, for the hockey game I was using which is heavy on the X button, I wore it down to permanently mashed. I had to open it up and replace the button with an older, longer one I had. I would call the Power A a somewhat cheap feeling version of a 360 controller.
