Xbox problem

Alright so this has been happening to me for awhile now and finally it's starting to get on my nerve.

My Xbox keeps making me download the same title updates for every single game I play.... for example, NHL 11 has an update for 5MB. I'll download it, play the game for awhile and take it out of my xbox to play something else. Then let says 5 hours later, I put NHL 11 in and it makes me download the update again...? It does this for every single game and it's quite frustrating.

Anyone else have this issue and is there any way to fix it?

Did you play a few games in between?
I think the console only saves the title updates for the last 3-5 games played.

Have you cleared the cache and see if that worked?

I'm only have around 4 games in my rotation currently. I remember playing FIFA 11 and it used to prompt me to download it everytime without having to take the disc out. I'd play for a few hours, then the next day I'd play it again and it would download it again.

Have you cleared the cache and see if that worked?

Not just yet, that idea came to mind right after I posted this. I'll have to try it later today.
