Re: Playstation Network and Discussion - The New Beginning
Any word on some noteworthy free games coming up w/ PS+.
I cashed in big time on my PS3, but there's nothing out there right now that interests me.
I guess the program suffers because a lack of game catalog available for the console.Comment

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion - The New Beginning
Many of last year's mainstay titles have either left or are leaving the program soon, so keep an eye out as we get closer to E3 - I suspect there will be a whole new batch coming around that time.Comment

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion - The New Beginning
From the last announcement it sounded like the instant game collection was going away and it was just 2 games per platform available for 4 weeks at a time starting in July.

Re: Playstation Network and Discussion - The New Beginning
I have to say Sony is continuing to really come through with some excellent free games. I was in my 11th year of Xbox live , and I loved my 360's (I have 2) and I made the decision not to renew my gold subscription when I picked up the PS4. Since then I haven't played a game on my 360, it's been all PS3 and PS4. I have a ton more friends on live , but I just love they whole overall feel and freedom on the PlayStation world over the Xbox world.
I've been a PS+ member for almost two years and the quality free games library I've built up in that time is quite impressive. Now I just need the time to play them all.
I may pick up an Xbox one at some point and get my gold back up and running, but I'm not sure what it will take to convince me to do so. Maybe and exclusive like Halo or Gears of war will do it.
Either way it's a great time to be a gamer.Comment
