No idea, but I believe DirecTV's package only comes at a yearly cost.

Directv's package allowed for monthly payments as thats what I did back when I had them.

Either way, it's still a $50 flat fee for the PS3 app itself, unless that's not a part of the plan anymore (since it wasn't in the e-mail).

Seriously. I'll pay for it monthly, but I'm not coming off of $340 up front. I'm too tight.

Thats what I'm talking about. I can't shell out that much money at once. I mean I can, but I don't want to. I love football and everything, but damn!

I'm very interested in this but not wanting to pay that lump sum of money. I work on Sundays so rewind of games is a must too!

The $50 is only if you are currently a subscriber to Direct TV so the PS3 can be used as a receiver for Direct TV itself.

If you are not a subscriber, you just pay the $340 for the football package.

If you look at that video you can see that they do offer a monthly payment plan of 84.99 a month for 4 months. Still seems a bit steep but atleast its better then paying the entire 339.95 in one payment.

Check the 0:42 mark and you'll see it.

Looks like you can pause/rewind/fast forward during a game.

I didn't see in the vid if you can replay a game later, but I doubt it.
