    Help deciding on purchase!!!

    Okay, so you people might think I'm a nerd... but every year i save all my change in several containers, and usually save up several hundred dollars easily. I start on Jan 1, and empty them out late December and purchase a "toy" for me.... a few years ago i purchased my Ipod Touch 32 GB, last year i purchased a sweet camera, and a steering wheel set for my PS3, but this year im really torn on several things.....I want a Wii & I want to mod it....(need help figuring out which website to trust on how to do that), also im thinking about getting the PSV when it comes out in Feb, or I really want a brand new laptop to use for school! Any ideas on what you think? I'm so indecisive, right now!!

          You should figure out which of the new toys you'll get the most use out of.
          NFL: Green Bay Packers
          MLB: Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies
          NBA: Denver Nuggets
          NHL: Colorado Avalanche, Pittsburgh Penguins
          NCAA: Air Force Falcons, Penn State Nittany Lions

              I would imagine a new laptop to be much more expensive than a Wii. I heard that the Wii is going to be $100 at some places on Black Friday. Laptops, as far as decent ones go, go for at least a couple hundred. I guess it depends on how much dough you get from your change.

              Cool idea though. I blow all my change on beer.

                      What's so wrong with starting a conversation? Maybe he doesn't know what all the vita will have, or wants some personal input? Maybe he's leaning toward one of the items on his list, but is worried that a different one is more useful. Maybe he's 15... who knows, but more importantly , why bother to criticize?

                          What I want to know is who the hell uses cash enough in this day in age to have enough change to buy cameras, i-pods, and steering wheels, unless they are on massive sale? Debit card FTW.

                              Guys, please stick to advice. This isn't a free-for-all to question his motives or his form of payments.

                              I really hoped someone would at least direct him to links here where there are deals being discussed. You know, to help a fellow OSer out.

                              I'm sure if you look around, you'll start seeing more things pop up as the holidays approach. Guys here are obviously into a lot of the tech/gadget stuff so they are always on the prowl for deals which could help you stretch those saved dollars a bit.

                                  Get that new gaming laptop they made a big deal out of a while ago. That way you'll have a new thing to play games on and have a new laptop for school.
