Re: Xbox One
Good choice James - I swear I had my Best Buy Xbox One order up on my screen, checked and ready to cancel - until my Wife walked into the room and stopped me. I had been struggling with the same concerns that you are currently. She talked me down off the ledge and now here we are - with both consoles at launch, and not looking back Sir.Twitch - bluengold34_osComment

Re: Xbox One
It's not about the cash for me it's more about one of the systems may end up collecting dust and I honestly feel it would be the PS4. But at the same time I'm loving what Sony had presented up to this point.
Xbox MP had just been an awesome exp and I gotta feeling that it's gonna be even better if that's even possible.
It's 2 games that I want to play more than anything and it's Ryse & Killzone. If I had to choose it would be Ryse
I don't want 2 systems but when you mofos come on here posting shizz I just get all emotional and my FF mentality kicks in all over again. Lol. Sorry Footballforever for the attack.

Re: Xbox One
as far as the discussion from everyone on whether to get both or one or the other, you should completely ignore the "raw power" talk. Neither is significantly more powerful than the other for that to be taken into consideration. And then raw power means nothing if its not put to use correctly. Base your decision solely on exclusive titles and features. For me the voice and motion control along with the fantasy football integration, snap feature, being able to be playing a game then say "xbox snap skype" and then have a video chat going on with a buddy at the same time is gonna be awesome. Or how about I can have multiplayer searching for a very specific match type while im doing something else on the console then it notifies me when im ready and I can jump right in without waiting. That sold me on the xbox one. But I gotta say I wish the xbox one had the live stream capabilities of the PS4 because thats gonna be cool for online sports leagues.Last edited by m1ke_nyc; 10-21-2013, 07:58 PM.It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Same here, all I keep thinking about is I might decide to skip midnight launch and pick it up in the morning only to find out they sold it to some walk in. When I go to pick up my console if its not there they better just issue me a refund or corporate will have some explaining to do. You dont charge someone, give them a 8 day time frame to pick it up but then sell their stuff before 24 hours is even up.It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.Comment

Re: Xbox One
I believe their point is that Xbox Live has been better than PSN on PS3 for a while. PSN made strides near the end, but even diehard PS3 people usually agree that Xbox Live provided a better service (because you paid for it). I don't think this is a "fanboy" based opinion.
Not many people here have played either yet, yet they've made decisions...I think you need to chill a bit. Nearly all feelings on this are based on impressions and info people read....
I'm not saying either's right, and PSN on PS4 could end up being way way better...Just based on current gen I'd side with Live over PSN personally.

Re: Xbox One
Well, I certainly have not and I am going with the PS4 at launch (I will likely get an Xbone at some point as I was mainly a 360 guy this gen). But given the track records this current gen and what we know so far, I certainly believe the Xbone will have a better online experience. Sony has not announced any detailed grand plan to upgrade their online service as far as I know. We all hope they do, but MS has the track record and plans here.NCAA: Michigan Wolverines

Re: Xbox One
If only Watch Dogs and Drive Club wasn't delayed, the decision would be even harder to make. Those were the games I had my eye on for sure on the PS4. Now I'm taking a long, hard look at Knack and Battlefield 4.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Xbox Live was a better experience yes, but the point was he said it as Xbox One will have the better online experience over PS4. Nobody has played either system so we don't know what's true. I am chill... Nothing to do with needing to chill. But don't say something is better than the other when we have never even played the systems yet....

Re: Xbox One
You clearly do need to chill because you're missing my point. Mgoblue understood what I meant and he further explained it. It wasn't a FANBOY response since I clearly stated I own both ps3 and Xbox 360. Judging from those 2 live is way better than psn. Hope this further clears things up so YOU can understand what I mean and not respond the way you did.
