Do you live in a neighborhood where everyone parks their vehicle outside and perhaps yours was in the garage ? I know in the past I've had deliveries not made simply cause they didnt see a car outside so they assumed no one was home. One time I literally was looking out the window and the guy just didnt get out the truck. Not saying its a valid excuse on the delivery mans part but its something that happened to me before.

They don't leave Xbox Ones at the door (at least Amazon didn't). They tried to deliver for me, no one was home. Next day they left it with a neighbor I didn't know. Thankfully they were nice and we got it. Then I waited like 20 days until Christmas to open lol.

I have a lot of delivery guys just leave packages at the door without knocking, but I would think they'd knock before leaving if they can't deliver.

Sucks for the OP not to get it today though! I know first hand how much the anticipation can get to you.

I have a driveway so they had to see the car.

I went on UPS and did the shipment release authorization since I won't be home tomorrow. Hopefully they'll leave it. I live in a pretty safe neighborhood so I'm not really worried about them leaving it on the porch.

I think it depends on the neighborhood, town/city, driver, or something. I got my launch One from amazon and it was waiting on my porch when i got home from work. The times i have been home during delivery time, they always ring the doorbell and leave on the porch.

Got my One hooked up. Now just waiting for Forza to install. From the looks of it I'll be waiting a while. I'm at 3 % installed and it's been installing for 15 minutes.

Edit: I guess my install froze. I turned off the system and the game was ready to play when I turned it on.

I'm really liking it so far. It's a lot easier to use than I thought it would be. I'm a little unsure of using the hdmi pass through with my cable box. I have the tv on all day when I'm home. I'm not sure if having the One on all the time is a good idea.

Forza is awesome. The driveatar or whatever they're called is pretty cool. All different types of racers.

Anyone had any issues with a digital download game not loading? Tried to play COD Ghosts last night and right after it shows the face at the beginning it would just go to a black screen and stay there. Corrupted somehow maybe?

All my other games are discs and they work fine, well except for Killer Instinct but it worked fine.

Nice designs Odogg, I lost interest in FM5 since they stripped a lot of the multiplayer features and can't save replays.

I have mine on all day for the tv and stuff, having had any problems. I heard somewhere it was designed to be on continuously for an insane amount of time.

Thanks man!! I'm getting much better now that I'm figuring out the art controls and layers, etc... My inner artist will escape in any way he can, LOL!!
