If you have a gold account now, logon through your PC, enter your Microsoft account info and go to games find AC and click download, you be good and it should start installing when you turn your system on.

      Re: Xbox One

So I went to best buy yesterday and bought the new Xbox one controller and I still was having disconnection issues when using my Astros A50. This is so disappointing. Never have any issues on the ps4 with the Astros, but always on the Xbox. I wonder if this is ever going to be fixed or should I start looking for other headsets that work with Xbox without any issues? I like the Astros because I like the sound, comfort and they work on both consoles.

What kind of disconnection issues are you having with the A50s? Is it intermittent sound or are the headsets turning themselves off by themselves (whether sound's playing or not)?

Weird..When I hate Astros A50 they never disconnected my controller.

Might want to try the Elite 800 or 800X

The controller itself turns off for like a second or two then it comes back. It only happens when I'm using the Astros. It happens with all controllers even the new one which I thought wouldn't happen anymore.

The new Elite 800 800x are both the best TB has ever had...Their signature setting is fantastic for any game...

Try it and return it if not up to par for you

I'm seeing Kinects for $49 and thinking about picking one up, just wondering if it's worth it for me or if it will just become a decorative piece, lol. I don't have cable as I stream my shows (Netflix, Amazon etc) so the snap feature really isn't a big deal for me, are there any other pluses other then just being able to say "Xbox on/off"? Any input appreciated as I ponder picking one up, thanks

All the headsets seem to have conflicting reviews. I went TB elite 800x instead and totally enjoying. Sounds great, chat is good with right setting, and bluetooth allows to connect with phone and use APP to control, as well as take phone calls. The key is to plug in base and headset into pc with usb's provided at sametime to earforce updater. Loving it so far. [emoji6] truely wireless.

I use it to turn on and off, adjust volume, switch between apps and home screen, but that is about it. I am hoping Cortana integration will make Kinect more useful.

Any issues with the mic? A lot of headsets without the boom mic always have people claiming others say they are hard to hear. The reviews of poor mic seemed to be more common on the 800x than others I have seen. Scared me away and I went with the stealth 500x. But still within the return date range...still considering it...

Yea that's what I figured is all I would end up using it for as well, that's why I'm hesitant to pick one up not that it's expensive, just can't really justify the purpose of getting it

I made sure firmware was fully updated, then put noise canceling and one of mic setups, believe "quite or loud room" friends say they hear me just fine . Had issue at first, but that was before I updated firmware with earforce. The signature sound setting is awesome!!

Since the headset has no boom mic it will not be best of quality but the price is for the sound it produces and features...not so much for the mic quality
