PS3 Help

Im wanting to get to the vault. but my sign in for my ps3 wont work, I dont know why.. I can use the internet and search and stuff but not to sign in for the vault or to get to other stuff such as 2k share..
Any ideas.?

Have you done the new system update to 4.10?

Yes its 4.10... Its telling me my sign in or pass word is wrong and I have tried every password I know... What I want to do is go in and redo it all but I dont know how.. I have had the system for 2 years and I forget how I did any of this.. UGH DUMB!!!!!!

Ok then so you've forgotten your password. You see the screen on your PS3 where you sign in and it's got the email address and the password fields, and a button that says "sign in". Right under that is a button that says "Forgot your Password". That may get you started in the right direction.

What didn't work? You reset your password and it doesn't let you log in? When was the last time you logged into PSN? There was a chuck of loggins that got killed because of the hacks last year. You're going to have to call Sony CS.

Yea its been a long time.. Been playin mostly madden games or the show 09..... Money has been tight.. but the other day picked up nba 2k 11 and the show 10, which is Great.. If I can I want the show 12, but need to get to the vault.. Yea I changed my password and it still wont let me in..
So I guess I call Sony..

Wait, can you log into PSN but can't get to the player vault on The Show?

The servers that hosted the vault for 10 was probably shut down a long time ago. That's probably your problem.

No its really strange, When I turn the PS3 on, I can go to internet search or bookmarks but I dont have to log on. but If I want to go to lets say 2k share or the vault or even to just "Sign IN" when I try to use the email I had used I type in the password and click "Sign in" it tells me I have either a wrong e-mail or password.. So I type in another signin and password I have on the net Still nothing.. UGH!

Did it make you accept the new terms and conditions? I had to do that the other day before I could sign in.
