I'm not venturing into the 2K14 forums but what in the world is up with The Park?

Played it for the first time yesterday out of sheer curiousity. While it seems like a great idea, this was just a terrible experience for me.

Took forever just to get into a game.

And then when I did, I was "lucky" enough to play with some cat who thought he was Michael Jeffrey Nique Earvin Durant.

He shot the ball every single time he got it. I led our team in assists with a whopping 2 because I was I dunno...trying to share the ball.

I guess like all online multiplayers this mode can be bearable if you play with people you know.

But this was just not fun at all.

Yes they do, they are just really slow in shipping. Took a couple weeks.

Any word on the Afterglow headsets working on PS4? I use a pair for my PS3 but have yet to try them with the PS4 yet.

I always keep my ps4 on standby is there a reason why updates aren't happening? As soon as I turn on my console I see the update on the background start. I also have it enabled in the settings so idk..

I have been wondering the same thing. It is still downloading a lot then it installs. I know the difference between it downloading and installing and it seems like its not doing it unless its on. I agree with you man. I have all my settings set correctly too.

My PS4 has been downloading all updates and what have you in standby mode. The only update I noticed it didn't do was the PS4 system patches, all the game patches it downloads and installs while I'm at work.

I have those as well for my ps3. I liked the orb because both pairs were black.

Pinball Arcade for the PS4 is so much better than PS3. No slowdown and it looks even better with the following settings...

If you go to Table Menu > Help and Options > Room Brightness

Select Dark.

The tables really pop out. Looks amazing.

I personally didn't care for Pinball Arcade. Love the tables themsevles, but there's no social interaction with it. Can't compare scores wtih friends is a big let down especially with how good Zen does this for Zen Pinball/Pinball FX. Also disappointed you can't set the bumpers to be the triggers instead of the top bumpers. I don't care if they default to R1/L1, but at least let me switch it to R2/L2.

Overall, for the price with those limitations, I passed on the game.

Speaking of which (on both these fronts), the default settings on ZEN Pinball should be changed as well. Not just from R1/L1 to R2/L2, but also turning off arcade effects such as the points and ball trail, and then changing to View 4 (at least that's what it is on Vita, it might be View 5 on PS3) makes it a lot better IMO.

Yeah it does kind of suck about the friend list comparison. But, I always find it challenging to beat my old scores. It provides me with infinite replay value.

Kind of the reason why I play golf. Beating my old scores is always a goal to shoot for.
