The serial number discount wont work. Anyone can walk up to a store or even google a video game and get a serial number.

Then maybe through the online code most games seem to provide. Of course, that's seems to be more EA games than anything else.

Or maybe just require that the game disc be inserted to play, similar to the PS3->PS4 game upgrade where you need the PS3 disc inserted even if it's not reading from the disc.

This is what Im thinking they may do. If you have the digital copy then you should be good as long as you use the same PSN name. But if you have the physical copy of the PS3 game, then requiring the disc to be in the PS4 would be a good way to make it work. Wonder how they will do this, but this seems somewhat feasible and logical.

Don't Starve is pretty damn awesome.

Surprised how well they adapted the control scheme from PC.

I totally forgot that attacking tentacles would get the **** killed out of me. My first guy died in probably 5 minutes.

Am I missing something about this game? I played for like 3 days in-game and was bored out of my mind. Does something happen at some point aside chopping trees and building fire?

You gotta actually explore and work your way up. Nothing is going to happen if you just cut trees, make a fire to survive the night, and eat a berry here and there.

That's like playing minecraft only cutting down the trees, just to box yourself in at night, and do nothing else as the sun rises.

Yeah I've been PC and Wii U mostly with the occasional PS3 PSN freebie game thrown in.

I'm mainly waiting for Thief, Dying Light and The Show.
Watch Dogs and Second Son I've lost interest in.

I'm really ready for some JRPG's/RPG's


As far as Don't Starve.. it seems pretty cool. Didn't have much time with it before work but I should get a few days off starting Saturday so I can get deeper into it then.

Nobody knows how Playstation Now will work except some execs at Sony, and I doubt even they have it all hammered out. That's partly what the closed beta will be about, let people mess with the service then have them say what they think will work, and have a say in how they think Sony's ideas will work.

IMO there's little chance they allow that in any form with Playstation Now.

Sony has already said that they won't give you free access to games you already own on disk or digitally/PSN through this new service.
