Is there a reason Metal Gear Solid V preorder is only $39.99 on Amazon? Is this a sale or something I'm missing?

Its not neccesarily the complete game. Its more of a introduction, or part 1 to the game.

Sony says they're investigating a glitch that seems to be deleting save files on PlayStation 4s, although it's unclear just how widespread the error is.P

The "ce-34878-0" bug, which players have been reporting on the European PlayStation forums for the past couple of months, appears to be one of the really bad ones—players are saying it erases their save-files for various PS4 games including Battlefield 4 and Assassin's Creed IV.P

Sony's looking into it. "We are aware of the cases and we appreciate your patience while we investigate," a Sony representative told Eurogamer.P

We've also reached out to Sony and we'll keep you guys updated as we learn more and/or find out about possible fixes.

They should have had a patch by now. There's a lot of errors being reported since 11/15 that haven't been fixed.

Is this why I can't play single player in Battlefield since I've bought the game at launch? I gave up trying after restarting from the first mission 3 times.

That was a BF4 error. I believe its been fixed.

Drive Club in February?

I saw this running at Best Buy on the PS3 'hype' video that loops over and over...certainly got my attention.

Will it be more like PGR than GT? Looked good.

That was a BF4 error. I believe its been fixed.

Has this been confirmed? I really don't want to find out the hard way for the 4th time.

I'm wondering until when it's going to be called next-gen. When does it become current-gen? When did you guys start calling the PS3/360 'current-gen'? I got my PS3 in Dec 2010, and by then it was current-gen.

When more people actively own next gen than past gen..and by active I mean when they are using the console more...so I'd say about a year or longer

Finally broke down and bought Assissian Creed 5 Black Flag. . I never played the series yet.. so this is new to me.. I read a lot of reviews and it appears to be a popular hit and one of the best ps4 games.. Thanks too all who helped me with the suggestions. . Hopefully I'll enjoy this series and get my money worth. Thanks again
