Guys , I got the gold headset, how the hell do I get them to work. Lol. I see the Light on both the USB stick and the headphones, but I don't hear anything, do I have to keep my soundlbar off for them to work. Or how do I pair them for the guys who bought them .

Check your settings on the PS4 and make sure it is set to output all audio. Then volume up on the headphones and you should be set.

Has anyone used Turtle Beach PX21's with their PS4? I know you can do it, I was just wondering how the sound is, etc.

Yes. They work well and only need the USB for them to work. I just needed something wireless, so I got the Golds and they do sound much better with the vocal clarity and simulated surround over the 21s.

Ill look when I get home tonight, THe volume on the Headset I can see but it is grayed out in the settings.

It is under Sound and Screen in the settings. Then audio output settings.

So has anyone solved the slow wi-fi speed issues with the PS4? Or can we just chalk it up to them using a terrible wifi card in it?

I have tried just about everything I can to get this thing to perform better. Using my laptop and running a speedtest next to my PS4, I consistently get 16 Mbps download speed and 6 Mbps upload speed on the laptop. No matter what I do, I can't get the PS4 to get any faster than 2-3 Mbps download and 2-3 Mbps upload.

I have tried everything I can think of and what I read about online browsing through the many complaints on this issue. I assigned the PS4 a static IP and opened up ports, I tried DMZ, I've tried different wifi channels, I have used google's open-source program namebench to optimize my DNS server channels. None of it seems to make a difference.

Don't get me wrong, I love my PS4. But it is hard to believe that Sony would release a console in late 2013 with these kind of wifi troubles. No other wifi device in my home, no matter where its at, fails to get the 16/8 download/upload ratio my internet is performing at. Just the PS4. I don't have the ability to plug it in directly via ethernet because of the distance to the router, unless I invest in one of these plug adapters I have been reading about that uses the electrical circuit in your house to bridge a direct ethernet connection.

Anyone know of any other possible fixes?

Yeah, I do. They work just fine. A little low on the volume side, but it's plenty if you're actually wearing them (OTOH, when plugged into my PC, they can almost act as external speakers with how high the volume can go).

Yeah, I think you have to be aware of that going into it. KZ is for sure its own unique brand of shooter. Approaching it like you would BF definitely doesn't work. I think it works for what they designed it to be tho.

But MP was just terrible man. Gun fights were like 2 old people swinging canes at each other.

I shot one guy and he's rolling around on the ground. I'm not sure if he's even dead. Some other guy/machine comes up and kills me.

Sorry, but this visual made me lol! He was dead btw, just in a revive-able state, you could have melee'd him and finished him off tho.

Can't help you there. My ps4 is wired to my 2.6 Mbps download dsl lol. Took two days to completely download Injustice.

You fellas w/speedy internet are very lucky.

Got my new P4 gold headset to work and I'm loving them, never owned a single pair in all my years gaming. The sound is great
