DC Universe Online is coming to the PlayStation 4 -- and so is Planetside 2, the first-person shooter MMO currently available for PC.
Seeing as how we don't know when the PS4 will be released, SOE kept the release dates for DCUO and Planetside 2 loose and simply said the PS4 versions will be available as free-to-play digital downloads this year.
I know our trophies are going to carry over, but I hope we are given the option of changing the names on our account. Even if we have to pay for it like on XBL.
Cleveland Browns Kentucky Wildcats Atlanta Braves Atlanta Hawks
Granted, not all may be released at launch and not all within PS4 ... but just judging Sony marketing and PR for what they say, they are doing great ... now factor in what they havent said and what the competition has (or hasnt), and Sony is taking MS:
... still over 5,770 mins to E3, it cant come soon enough ... want to see the games, show me the games !
I am so excited for E3. I really hope we hear some positive news from Sony. Most importantly, I want to see this console. I'm almost happy that Sony didn't show it off, because now I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to see this machine. If Sony's hype is as good as it sounds, I think we're in for a heck of a system. I just hope they deliver on their promises.
On more recent news, more games keep getting revealed for Sony. It's great to see all the developer support this system is already getting. If I remember correctly, the only games I bought during the PS3 launch was Madden and NBA 2k, but I could be wrong. I know it was only a couple. I can easily see myself buying 4 or 5 games this time around.

E3 cannot come soon enough.
I just hope SONY figured out how to keep the unit from overheating, causing the dreaded YLOD...that's my only concern.btw, do y'all play w/ your PS3 vertical or horizontal...just wondering.

vertical for me fwiw
Vertical in my bedroom, the living room is horizontal. Didn't the overheating have to do with the RSX chip?
Yes, I was just curious of the proper maximum ventilation.
I still have my launch day PS3. I hardly use it, because after about 1 year I went to college and had to stay in the dorms because of baseball so I didn't want to break it. I still have my launch day PS3 in the box almost brand new. Just waiting for them to almost be completely gone then I'll sell it
