Is there much difference playing PS4 games on a 1080p hdtv with 120hz vs the same specs but at 60hz?

Even if your TV/monitor is capable of refreshing at 120hz, the majority of PS4 games are programmed to output at a locked 60 hz.

You won't see the full benefit of having a 120hz refresh rate unless you're playing unlocked PC games.

Anybody using a custom profile with their Gold headsets ? I created one but just turned everything up as I just didnt think it would make that big of a difference but wouldn't be shocked if I'm dead wrong. With only 3 options to adjust, just doesn't seem like Theres too much customizing you really could do.

I typically just load the game I'm playing's profile, or the most recent. Devs probably aren't limited to the 3 level eq that we are limited to.

What's the best deal right now on a console? Should I wait it out for a sale?

Definitely want to know about this as well. I want to buy a PS4. I am considering whether to buy one next month, or to see if there will be a black Friday deal

Cowboom, black friday, or whatever Sony's holiday deal to counter whatever MS is cooking up is your best bet if you're looking for the best bang for your buck.

Its a stand alone unit that will be able to play VITA games and downloadable Classic PS1 and PSP games as well as being able to stream PS4 gameplay to a separate TV.

I'm going to try it out. I don't like Remote Play on the Vita because it doesn't have the R2/L2 buttons, makes it too awkward for me. So I'm hoping it works better with this device. That and playing some Vita games on the TV are the only reason I'm interested though, I'm not really into playing the old games, I have enough new games to play.

My thing about the Vita is the games really interest me, but I was never a big fan of handhelds. Plus, just scanning the PS One Classic list there's a handful I want to play right off the bat again.

Like Burns, I'll see if there's a deal this Holiday Season for it.

Are Vita games playable with the PS3 controller? If so, they have went with a PS4 controller, due to the touch pad.
