You can now finally upload 60FPS videos to youtube. Looks like I didn't waste money on my elgato HD60 after all.

EDIT: And now the 60 FPS are gone. Probably because there was a copyright claim and I checked off the box to remove the song. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I read that YouTube only supports 60 FPS for 720p and 1080p videos, though.

So all the people recording footage of NES, SNES, Genesis, PS1, Saturn, N64, Dreamcast, PS2, GameCube, and Xbox games will still be stuck with choppy 30 FPS videos, even though many of the games they are playing run at a native 60 FPS.

I had a weird thing happen when I went into the PS4 using voice command. I normally don't use voice commands but just wanted to mess around. Well I used the command to go into the store which it did but it then froze then the system shut completely off. I turned it back on from the front of the PS4 which took a couple of presses. I got the message about the system was not properly shut down. Anyone else had odd stuff happen when using the voice commands? thx.

I'm guessing (and that's strictly what it is) that it was a PS Store loading problem, and not necessarily related to voice commands. Have you tried it again using voice command? Or tried entering the store using the controller? Depending on when this occurred, there was PSN maintenance going on last night too, if it was during that time.

Evolve beta delayed for PS4 due to issues with the 2.0 update. Available on PC and Xbox One currently.

Or tried entering the store using the controller? Depending on when this occurred, there was PSN maintenance going on last night too, if it was during that time.

Nope did it today a couple of hours ago. No trouble when using the controller to go in. I never use the voice commands at all just was checking it out. It's never happened to me before so maybe it's a bit buggy when using voice commands. Rest mode since the update hasn't been working properly either.

What if you upscaled your SNES video to 720p before uploading it to YouTube?

Finally got everything with YouTube working. I was able to log into the app and upload. If anyone is having issues what I did was I went to my YouTube account on the PC and revoked PS4 access from my YouTube account. Then I tried logging into the app again on the PS4 and everything is working flawlessly.

That's a good idea i'll have to try that. I was still a no go this morning with YT. Still having to enter my credentials and link every time. Stuck in limbo. I'm thinking this will fix it

It wouldn't let me log in to the app, finally logged into YouTube in the upload dialogue, but then upload failed. I'll mess with it again later.

Don't know if this has been asked or answered not really trying to search the whole thread but does anybody know what a decent speed for Internet is for streaming on the ps4 through twitch or ustream? I ask because I see some peoples are crystal clear with no hiccups or glitches while others are pixilated and glitch often. Thanks for your help was just seeing if my stream would be clear or not if I started doing it again. Haven't done any streaming since like feb or March

I am not by my PS4 at the moment but I revoked PSN access to my youtube account and will try to log into the Youtube app on my PS4 when I get home. Not sure if this would have caused the issue or not but when the update first dropped, I tried to upload a video to youtube before downloading the youtube app on my PS4.

Im going to sign into the youtube app on my PS4 first and then try to upload a video to my YT account.

Edit: This worked. Once I revoked access from my Google account, I signed into the ps4 app on my ps4 and promptly uploaded a video to my YouTube account successfully.
