Manufacturers have really ****ed up the terminology here. To me, this is an earbud:


And this is an IEM (though true IEMs are a class of these, they started as IEMs and now companies make consumer types)



But of course, people don't know what an IEM is, but they know what an earbud is, so companies market IEMs as earbuds leaving us without distinct terms for both.

I have heard $50 for preorder and $100 for preorder. Is that down payment just determined by the individual GameStops?

$100 for Xbone, $50 for PS4.

Got the info from one of my friends that's a manager at GameStop. So I'm like 90% sure it's correct.

And it's Company based preorder. Basically should be the same through all national gamestops.

Getting ready to get on the show floor, but my biggest issue with what is being shown to the consumer may or may not be indicitive of the final product.

Neither the PS4 or XboxOne pressers are running their native hardware and are PC kits that have been cherry picked to run at the highest resolution and detail possible. We actually have a few kits running 7990s, which blow away the graphic cards that will be inside their respective systems.

This, Sonys exclusives and being $100 bucks cheaper has me jumping ship next gen.

Its so tempting however I rather make payments (Gamestop) then have to pay in full at one time if you get what I am saying.
