Yeah games like NBA were horrible with it but The Witcher 3 was probably the best one I experienced.

The Show was the worst for me. Trapped you in a play now game and you had to notice a little bar in the left for a status.

That's ******* stupid. While I know that every game automatically installs on to the hard drive, I must admit that I loved the setup for Xbox 360. You have the option to install (or play the game off the disc) the game and when you do, the percentage bar comes up and while it sometimes took ten minutes or so, I didn't mind as I loved running the games off the hard drive instead of the disc.

I'm the point where when I buy a new game, I already commit to putting the disc in the ps4 and walking away. Eat, clean up, do whatever. If the kids are still awake it's even easier.

It certainly can be annoying, but unless you absolutely must sit in front of the tv while it's installing, there are ways to make the time go a little quicker.

Just want to say that I love TLOU MP. It's amazing what an upgrade to your internet speed can do for your overall gameplay. Night and day difference.

Yeah, 2K15 took a really long time to install. Played the Heat-Spurs demo so many times. Depeche Mode wore on me.

The Show actually wasn't that bad for me; only had to play 3 innings of the Royals-Giants game before I could access the full game.

                Depeche Mode is never wearing.

                  Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion

Kinda wish Sony would of made a 1TB Console in the first place. 500gb isn't enough. If I buy a new 1 or 2TB HDD or SDD I will have to download all those updates again. I don't mean to bitch but I'm in the Philippines and the internet is slow as hell out here compared to back home in California where it was hella fast. I'm only out here for 1 more year of college then I will for surely buy a 1 or 2TB HDD/SDD or might even just get a whole new system since my console right now is the Asian version where the O button is the enter button and X is the cancel button which really annoys the hell out of me.

For now I might just delete games like NBA 2K15 when 2K16 comes out because I only have like 130-140gb left. I don't even have that many games neither. NBA 2K15, Witcher 3, MKX, CoD AW, UFC and Last of Us which I got game shared from my friend's PSN lol.

Also since I'm in the Philippines I think I may have a problem right now since I got the Witcher 3 region 3(asia) edition, the free DLC doesn't install from the US store so I made an asian PSN account to check if it works there, it works there. The problem is I bought the Expansion Pass from the US store day of release. Like I said I'm in the Philippines I might be able to get a Region 1(US) copy or Region-All copy but I'd have to sell my copy first. Or maybe that's the developer of The Witcher 3's problem? Who knows. With the being in the Philippines part said, I'm not patient enough to buy the Witcher 3 from the PSN store. 31gb will equal 31-35 hours of downloading. I don't have the patience. Rest mode is out of the question too since my family out here loves saving energy and turns off the damn power generator for the whole house when no one is home. Also re selling games out here to people is a pain in the ***. Also no trade in places out here, sadly makes me miss Gamestop. Also why I kinda don't want to download the Witcher 3 straight from the PSN store, I like having the physical copy of my games. They feel more valuable to me. It's like if someone wants to see your collection you can pull it out on them, not turn on your system just to show them your library of digital games. I want the physical copies as much as possible.

Did anybody in here upgrade to an SSD when they got their PS4?

I was going to but I read how the lack of TRIM on the console OS would hurt the SSD down the road.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with using one in a ps4 and how it's holding up so far

                      question about sharing video guys;

I read one of you in another thread put your playshare videos to your facebook - so that's what I did. The videos are there, but how do you take them off so you can edit them together?

I want to make a compilation and put it on youtube - there has to be an easy way to just be able to download the video files

I have final cut pro and edit a lot of video, so that's why I'm trying to throw the clips in there. I've seen nice compilations by OS members, but I'm not sure how they're going about doing it....

Download the ShareFactory app from the PS Store. It is a console based video editor/splicer app that will do what you are asking about.

Just saw that LingeringRegime had played Hustle Kings. I had no idea that this had even dropped for PS4 already. Hopefully the online is a bit better put together than it was on Pure Pool.

I haven't played online yet. But the gameplay is smooth offline, just like it was on the PS3. It's free to play too.

I ran through the tutorial and played one of the career matches. Seems like a solid pool title. Never played it on PS3.

grabbed it and that will work, thanks for that, my only issue now is that it would be nice to edit it remotely from my laptop ... for instance if I'm at work and have some 'extra' time on my hands if you know what I mean...
