Guys, i was reading about the temperatures on the PS4, and most people say their consoles get hot on the backside, some even say "so hot i thought it would melt the power cable". Mine doesn't get hot on the backside, only on top (mostly in the middle of the matte side) and beneath the console.



After reading this i thought i could have some kind of problem, like my console not exhausting heat properly, but it never overheated or something like that.

Did those people happen to mention where they keep the console? Placing it in a cabinet can cause overheating. My PS4 is out in the open and away from the wall. I have felt it get warm before but never ridiculously hot or anything.

They mentioned they keep the console in a well ventilated area.



What i think it's strange is the fact that my console doesn't get warm on the back, only on top.

Clear out your notifications and upload notifications. Its a weird bug they haven't worked out yet for some reason.

Going into uploads, hit options, and then delete. I think you have to do them all individually still.

Would strongly recommend Gravity Rush Remastered to anyone who missed out on the original because of its platform. It was one of the best reasons to own a Vita.

A buddy of mine told me the same thing. Either going to check that or the Witness out. Not sure which I'll go with first.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Unless your PS4 starts acting weird and it's in a well ventilated area. The PS4 is built pretty well.
