Question to you PS+ subscribers:

If you let your subscription run-out, you lose access to the free games you downloaded, correct? Once you renew though, do have immediate access to those games again or do you have to re-download?

Yes you lose the ability to play them but once you re-up the service they can be played right away unless you've uninstalled/deleted them. In which case you would just redownload.

How do you find out when your Plus membership is about to expire. I'm positive I signed up last summer but don't remember when exactly.

You should get a message offering to extend your membership for another year. I think I got one about a month before it expired.

From talking to a few others who have pre-ordered either system at GameStop, they only have a handful of XBO's for pre-order and double that for PS4.

My GameStop presumably sold out of PS4s last night(they had 3 left when I went in) and only had 10 preorders for the X1.

This is the easiest console decision if my life, such a no-brainer

I do remember when I got my 360 shortly after launch it was really difficult to find games. This was right after Christmas I think so maybe that had something to do with it too but I was shocked. So if you know what games you want might be smart to preorder

Now to figure out what game(s) I want at launch. I think I'm going to start with Madden or Watch_Dogs and PS+ (free DriveClub). I'll check out other launch titles used. :wink:
