A couple bonus points.

For anyone who has them, I know I've seen them mentioned before, how's the longevity on those? I got grip-its when I first got ps4. They were great at first but they quickly stretched and started to easily slip off the sticks in the heat of battle. No bueno.

I moved onto KontrolFreek. They are awesome and so much better than the grip-its. They come in different sizes, shapes, and textures. I put alphas on the left for a wider stick, cqc on the right for added height. Both are convex which I love. They lasted a lot longer but the rubber on two of them have also come unglued from its plastic snap on base. Tried superglue, it doesn't hold to rubber so well and was pointless. Hot glue gun is going to be the next attempt or I spring for another set. When I use a controller without them the sticks feel tiny on my thumbs. They're almost a must have for me now.

I think it's fairly easy to customize your controller and at a cheaper cost than they could offer. I've customized a few controllers on my own. I suppose they could make some money off it from people who don't feel comfortable doing it themselves.

The Xbox One sticks actually fit right on the PS4's perfectly. You can get them cheap (or nice aluminum ones as well) on eBay, and swap them.

Interesting.... May have to look into that.

Edit: And maybe swap a battery or two while I'm at it. Though that has never been a problem to just swap controllers.

So, what's the launch date for Madden 17? I've been away from most discussions and threads about console gaming for about a month (well, at least current gen gaming) in all forums i participate.



Don't know if you guys are into MMO's and/or D&D but Neverwinter is consuming all my gaming time. I've been playing it for about a week and I'm already at level 59 (level cap is 70).



It's really fun and entertaining, especially if you're into D&D.



On another forum, I'm participating in a "challenge" that consists in beating 52 games from January 1 to December 31... I already finished 43 games, but my progress in the last 30 days. If weren't for Neverwinter (which you can play even without a plus subscription)

Neverwinter has consumed me as well, I have a lvl 21 Pally and a lvl 12 Wizard. Once I start to feel it become grindy (and it will because it's an MMO RPG) I'll move on. But for the time being it's fun as hell.

That and gaming ADD is why my toons usually stall between 20 and 30 I think.

That's probably a good thing.

The only MMORPGs I've ever really went hard at were OG vanilla EverCrack & all of it's expansions and DCUO. I'll not play that amount ever again, part of the reason why I skipped WoW altogether when it first came out. I played ESO a ton on PS4 but once I got really up there in levels and it was feeling grindy, I traded it in.

Glad Neverwinter is free, it'll easily hold me over till BF1/NBA 2K17 or something else I want to play comes along.
