We have to stop giving Sony excuses and turning the other cheek for having such a terrible online service; that is inexplicably going up in price. Tired of these guys.

Other services are no different. Sadly it is the nature of online services.

If you check history this year alone, the other side's grass was more brown. Even Steam.

Nothing will be impervious. Either you are hanging on to their past, blind eye to the other services, or both... because other than these 2 short instances, PSN has been more 'stable' than Live or Steam/Origin this year.

What does that site prove? Going to the different service pages, PSN has way more red and yellow days in the last 3 months than Live, Steam doesn't have that data.

And if anyone actually 'Googled', they would find the answers they need. This **** happens to all online services often, the hyperbole like it's a 'Sony thing' is what is redundant to read.

Do we know what we're paying the extra 10 bucks for exactly? Or is this just arbitrary price gouging because Sony owns the market?

Really upset Microsoft commit suicide at e3 all those years ago. Honestly feels like Sony has been coasting ever since "399" E3.

It would be cool if they took that extra $10 a month and added a game's leaderboard similar to Xbox. I mentioned this a couple weeks ago as it's a feature I really like.

It's cool seeing the amount of time played in a game, and compare it to friends. It could track important stats in games (ex. Madden, amount of Super Bowl titles won in CFM) or something like that. It adds more to the dashboard IMO and increases the competition between friends that care about that kinda stuff.

I actually made a post about this on the Beta 4.00 forums, and it got a lot of traction and likes... so hopefully they take these things into consideration. They have been pretty receptive so far.

That's awesome, I've been wanting this for awhile. I'm a stats guy and like to track my progress so that would be great, I'll remember who to give the credit to if they come out with it.
