Wow...NBA 2K17 looks beautiful on my Vizio 4K tv. Absolute no jaggies, shimmer, etc. The skin tones are so life like. Very impressed!!

And this is without HDR....

This reminds me of when systems launch and you play games you otherwise wouldn't lol. I remember when the 360 came out I picked up a game called The Outfit. Had a blast playing it! Would I have even looked at it twice two plus years into the 360's life cycle? No chance lol.

Has anyone honestly felt that their hard drive performance has increased on the Pro?

I personally haven't noticed any gains at all using the same SSD that was plugged in my Slim.

Not a huge deal just interested in all your impressions

I think this could have been alot worse if you were re-downloading or re-installing everything though. Not that it's any consolation right this second, I'm sure you're eager to get going lol.

Probably a dumb question, but do I have to do anything special to patch these games? I loaded up Titanfall but don't see any new setting options.

I think it just does it automatically like every other patch before it. Some games like Tomb Raider, give you options. Others, like TF2, just run in a Pro mode or Vanilla PS4 mode. No options.

No plans on buying a Pro, but I got a good deal on a PS3. I wanted to play Fight Night and Skate 3 again, so I scooped it up. I also wanted to give Red Dead another chance since I barely played it when I had it back in the day. I'm sure PS+ game deals will be super cheap since this system is so old.

Ratchet and Clank looks sharp. IMO, not as nice as NBA 2K17, but definitely looks very nice.

I'm quite impressed with the Pro thus far.

Installing Uncharted 4 now...
