Scorpio has the 4K Blu Ray player and for 1TB, I see it being $400. Microsoft learned very quickly with releasing the base Xbox One for $500 with Kinect. That was a horrible decision. Don't see them making the same mistake twice. $400 for Scorpio with a 4K Blu Ray player will sell better than a $300 (price cut) PlayStation 4 Pro. Hell, the 4K Blu Ray player itself sells for almost as much by itself.
Difference between the PS4 and Pro is that the Pro is a minimal upgrade without a 4K Blu Ray player. Scorpio is as close to being a next gen console as you can get without actually being that when compared to the base Xbox One.
Because of the difference in specs, the probable introductory $400 price point and the fact that multi-platform games should look, run and play better on Scorpio is why I think it will outsell Pro head to head.
An interesting side battle will take place at the same time - the PlayStation 4 slim vs the Xbox One slim. Both of which I think will see price drops to $200 once Scorpio gets released and the domino affect takes place.
