For anyone who's interested in the Tokyo Game Show later this month, Sony Japan will be having a showcase next Monday, September 10th and 5:30AM EST/2:30AM PST. Majority of what will be shown is via third parties. Personally, I'll be sleeping but once I wake up, I'll be checking out all the stuff that could be shown.

There could be new gameplay trailers for REmake2 and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. In addition, there will be a new game announcement from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios who are behind the Yakuza and Fist of the North Star franchises. Also, there could be a gameplay video of Left Alive and possibly Babylon's Fall (Platinum Games) from Square Enix. Koei Tecmo may also have a new gameplay trailer for Nioh 2.

I'm definitely hoping what's been heavily rumored will turn into reality because im very anxious to see what Babylon's Fall is from Platinum Games and gameplay for Left Alive which has one hell of a development staff behind it. Pretty much hyped for it all.

Tokyo Game Show 2018 itself runs from Wednesday, September 19th through Sunday, September 23rd.

Which games are you looking at for release dates?

Tokyo game show used to be very big but not so much any more and last years was worse than lame.

TGS isn't as big as it once was but for someone like me who recently got back into Japanese games, im very interested in what Sony will show during their showcase next week.

Did you have any luck? They flat out refused to cancel a preorder for me. Even had it elevated to a supervisor and was told that the link that was provided below was for the UK PSN store only. Said there are no refunds or cancellations for preorders using the US PSN store.

Which games are you looking at for release dates?

Media Molecule's Dreams, SIE London Studios Blood & Truth, PixelOpus Concrete Genie. All are supposedly scheduled for a 2018 release.

Just a heads up...there appears to be new images (maybe a video, im not sure) of Dreams where it looks like Armored Core. Looks pretty good too.

In general, none of the three games interest me but Dreams does look amazing and truly innovative.

I pre-ordered Shadow of the Tomb Raider a while back. When I go in to my library to set up the auto-download for the game, it will let me check the box but then it immediately unchecks it. So I can never actually enable auto-download. Anybody have this happen with a pre-order?

I've never had that happen, seems like a bug, I'd contact Sony Support on that one.

Did they change something with PS+? I was able to add GOWIII to my cart but it keeps telling me that I'm not eligible when I try to add Destiny 2. I'm not limited to choosing just one free game, am I?

I was having a similar issue with Another World but it finally worked for me today.

Maybe try again tomorrow?

PlayStation 4 Discussion

I’m a die heard Spider-man fan and had in my BB cart the bundle... by mid afternoon today by the time I decided to pull the trigger, they were all gone within 250 miles of me. On top of that, I can’t find standard PS4 Pro anywhere.

Is the PS4 Pro shortage that bad? Even Amazon doesn’t have them... I looked all stores around me and all they’re out. I’m kind of shocked.
