Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I would be very surprised if it played out like this. Rockstar would be throwing away so much money for a title they spend 10 years or so makingComment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
From my understanding technically Sony has the cash for it but I agree that it won’t ever happen

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
That's definitely NOT going to happen. Would be shocked as hell if it did. Personally, I would prefer Sony to acquire Square Enix instead of Take Two Interactive. Way more IP's and a far bigger history and legacy plus Sony would be able to make them all good or at the very least, the majority of them. No interest in Take Two Interactive.
One guy said he thought it may be true.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I know we had the discussion a while back about some of us letting our psn+ subscriptions run out. Well, I bought The Division 2 so I need to get back on the boat soon.
By luck, Amazon is selling a year for $45 right now if anyone else needs to re-up or stock up. Not going to find a better price till black Friday I'd think.Oakland Athletics San Jose Sharks

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
So evidently EA access is coming to PS4. It’s not great if you already buy the games you want like I do. But now my Xbox one has been relegated to playing only Forza completely. Would at least use the 10 hours early for BF and Madden.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
For Xbox:
Full access to a vault of 50+ titles
10 hour trials of all brand new games
Games like Madden are added to the Vault sometime prior to the next version releasing
Discount on digital purchases of EA titles
It's $5/mo or $30/year.
The PC service is even better, and with a premium variant.
The trials have saved me from a lot of impulse buys (only purchase if i run out of the trial), but now I have Premiere on PC so for the most part the full version of all the games I want to play are offered there.
If the PlayStation variant happens we'll see if/how different the offering will be.
Sony's stance on the program:
"We evaluated the EA Access subscription offering and decided that it does not bring the kind of value PlayStation customers have come to expect. PlayStation Plus memberships are up more than 200% since the launch of PlayStation 4, which shows that gamers are looking for memberships that offer a multitude of services, across various devices, for one low price. We don’t think asking our fans to pay an additional $5 a month for this EA-specific program represents good value to the PlayStation gamer."Last edited by mestevo; 03-19-2019, 10:21 PM.Comment

For a guy like my who is older with kids and his gaming time is very limited and I basically only play NBA 2k now anyways.....
Paying that, I can try all the games (madden, nhl, FIFA) for 10 hours when they get released and eventually get them in the vault later on......
I’m not buying those games at full price on release anymore, just don’t have the gaming time to put into them.
Roughly (if you can remember) when have those games hit the vault
In the past ?
I know Live hit the vault last month......Comment
