No link but it's going to be the same as what Xbox One is. Haven't you noticed that you can't play games from Xbox or 360 unless they're on the BC list? It's because Microsoft has to pay the publisher for the rights to allow the game being played on another platform. The publishers who own the rights just aren't going to do it for free so the hardware manufacturers have to pay.
If it wasn't like this, then you could just pop in any 360 game and it would work but unless it's on the list and you download the patch for it, you can't play it.
Bottom line is that it simply comes down to money. Publishers who own IP's just arent going to let the hardware manufacturers do what they want with them without a nice payday.
But if Sony can somehow pull that off where you can pop in a 2013 PS4 launch title like Battlefield 4, update it and play it, that would be freaking awesome but im not expecting that whatsoever.
What I am expecting is the same as what Xbox One is now. All first party titles because the hardware manufacturer obviously owns the IP and monthly updates with new games added. The first party exception would be for Forza, Gran Turismo, MLB, etc. and others that require licensing fees. Those you either A) won't get at all or B) will get until the license expires and they pull it off the store for purchase.
EDIT: The capability of "full backwards compatibility" means that every PS4 game can be played on PS5 but it still has to be added to the list. Does anyone truly believe that the EA's, Activision's, Ubisoft's, Take Two Interactive's, etc. of the world are just going to allow us access to their games without getting something in return? I don't but it would be awesome though. Of course, if that did actually happen, I would think that execs at Microsoft would be pissed off considering that they've paid publishers to have Xbox and Xbox 360 games added to the BC list for play on Xbox One.
