Yeah, there's still going to be an internet browser. The release notes of the PS4 says that you can multitask web browsing and playing games. I happen to use my Vita's browser a lot. There's nothing like switching seamlessly between games and the browser to check GameFAQs or even OS.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Im with you on this one. As a matter of fact, I switched my preorder from NBA 2k14 to NBA live. Hoping Live can make a strong comeback on the PS4. Plus, im hoping that with focusing just on the PS4/XB1 that they come out strong.PSN: ckarlic

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Glad to see I'm not alone on Live over NBA2K. I just get a good feeling about it for some reason. If the suits at EA get out of the way and allow Sean O'Brien to develop it to his vision, we will have a solid Bball game again. It will not be the full game 2K will put out, but I expect it to be fun to play and certainly different. That said it is EA, so I have to see it before I buy it.Last edited by PAPERNUT; 08-26-2013, 01:46 PM.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Spoke with a Amazon rep about the whole sales tax thing (Amazon starting to collect in GA Sept 1st) they said as long as the order is placed before the 1st you will not have to pay sales tax. So I guess its best to just pre order anything your considering buying that way you can always cancel it down the line if you dont want it. But yea dont have to pay tax on your console. It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I went to my local Walmart yesterday and they are running an offer that you can reserve a PS4 (or XB1) by only putting 10% down. You do have to have the whole price paid for by the time you go to pick it up. I asked if I have it paid off, am I guaranteed one on launch day and they told me that as far as they know, yes I am.
So now, I'm officially on board with the PS4. Come on Nov. 15th.
BTW, it's in store only according to the fine print.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
At just $10, would be surprised to hear many Targets still have available units unless they restricted people. Seems like a ripe place for resellers to reserve a console with little risk.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
At least guys should wait for some actual feedback on NBA Live before committing to buy the game.
Even if next gen 2K is missing some features or modes, it's a pretty safe bet the gameplay will still be great.
There's no safe bet with Live.Comment

To ensure having them on release day. It's easier than going from store to store only to find out they have sold out or just haven't received any yet. Especially with the big name games such as Battlefield and Call of Duty.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Been down this road with EA and Live too long to blindly hope on the product. I'm just gonna at least give it a chance.
