After reading the EDGE article today about how the PS4 is up to 50% more powerful than the XBO this is the first time I'm seriously considering changing my pre-order to a PS4.

Just wish TitanFall was coming out on it in the spring lol...

Yup going to PS4...just need GameStop to open pre-orders back up lol...

Now remember this is the CPU were talking about not the already known power difference in the GPU. AMD is the CPU maker for both consoles.

$100 cheaper and more powerful is just too good of a combo to pass up right now....

Also literally the only exclusive I want right now for XBO is TitanFall and I'm convinced it'll be on the PS4 sooner than later so basically I'm missing out on one exclusive compared to The Order/Deep Down/The Show/Naughty Dog's eventual lineup.

I'm very content with my decision now...

I don't know if TitanFall will ever be on the PS4, but it will be on the PC.

PC is my 1st choice with FPS and TitanFall will be in my library (Origin..Ugh). Also I believe TitanFall will come to the PS4 after the exclusive runs out. They would be crazy to lose out on what appears to be a PS4 Tsunami.:wink:

I don't know if TitanFall will ever be on the PS4, but it will be on the PC.

It's a timed exclusive, so it will eventually. There have been talks, nothing confirmed or denied, that it could be seen on the PS4 early 2014 or a full year later after release. The year long talk was mentioned once it was revealed and the Early 2014 talk just recently came up, so we shall see. Either way I'll have it on PC so I'll have my fix until it drops for PS4.

It's always been PC first for me......also I didn't know Titanfall was from EA.....Origin would be a lot nicer if it had all there sports lineup on the PC.

my NBA 2K14 pre order was updated to November 19th even though it says 15th for release day. Maybe I need to do the whole change shipping speed thing.

I have preordered the BF4 bundle and am going to preorder NBA2K14.

2013 Probables: NBA Live 2014.
Early 2014 almost sure: Infamous, Second Son, The Show 14 & Order 1887
Late 2014 probables: The Division

Got to do as many savings as I can for as long as I have this new job, this end of year and next are looking very promising ... therefore very expensive.

FYI, Live is no longer a launch day title. Its a launch window title which means it can be released anytime during the holiday season.

Thanks, just saw it and already posted there, hehehe ... I have changed my stance ... if it does not release on 2013, there is no way I am buying the game (at least at full price), even if better than 2k ... at best it would be a meter to decide if I get interested on Live 15.

SMH at EA, they seem to be really wanting to shoot on their feet everytime.

Yeah, I think EA is at their best when they let outside/other companies make the games and they just use their money to publish & advertise it.

The Division looks awesome but they said it's coming to the PC so that's probably what I'll roll with. Mouse & keyboard rules especially with Shooters.

I used to feel the same way, but I recently started to enjoy playing on consoles with a controller, and now I actually prefer to play FPS games on a console. It's because the sub-standard controller imposes an artificial skill ceiling that makes scrubs like me a little more competitive than I have any right to be.

If i played an FPS on the PC instead, I would get utterly wrecked by good players. Great PC FPS players are terrifying. They're like Greek Gods who have deigned to frolic amongst the mortals (and by frolic, i mean bunny-hopping no-scope headshots).

Also, the thing that bothers me about PC is that there is also always this sense of doubt. I mean, don't get me wrong, people have found ways to cheat on consoles, but it's usually pretty blatant.

I doubt it, from what I can tell, the PS4 controller uses USB Micro B and the PS3 controller uses USB Mini B, although there could be an adapter that would let it work.

I would love for there to be an adapter to make my charging cradle thing work.
