Are there even any videos out there, demonstrating how exactly that their new party chat will work?

I hope it's pretty similar to the 360's. I couldn't imagine playing online with anything less than what the 360 currently has.

I haven't seen anything. Both consoles could use an official full HD walkthrough sometime soon of their launch features.

Got a chance to play the ps4 at GameStop earlier today. I'll admit that the new ds4 feels very nice and comfortable. Way better than the ds3 and probably better than the 360 controller. I played FIFA for about 5 minutes. I wasn't impressed with the graphics in FIFA. It didn't feel next gen, but I'm guessing it's because it's a port.

Was in GS today and asked if they would match the Target sale. Mgr said he didn't think so, but didn't rule it out.

He also said Target doesn't also get a lot of games in stock so for those of you canceling PO's be careful.

I work at Target stocking electronics. New release games we usually always have more than enough copies. That being said, I'm sure it's no where near the amount of Gamestop.

I'm hoping the demo units hit my local stores soon. I think some hands on time is going to be needed before making my final decision on PS4 or Xbox One.

So far I'm getting both, but I honestly only want one console. My whole thing is all my friends are on the one, but I want MLB the show and the console that performs the best.

I'll be getting both...eventually. But only one at launch. Games interest me more on the One but the PS4 will probably perform the best out of the gate.

Hey guys, I haven't kept up with the thread the past day or so, but one of the mods over on NeoGAF has confirmed from two independent sources that DLNA and MP3s are coming post launch. They probably shuffled around their priorities and are trying to get this in for the next firmware post-1.5.

Not a surprise, really, as some media features also didn't come to the PS3 until later on (DLNA in firmware 1.8). I know Shu Yoshida said "we'll look into it" but the mod basically said that it was a done deal.

I'll take my chances on the last paragraph. They'll do/say anything to keep their preorders in tact.

Yeah I live within 10 miles of 3 Target stores and they always get a ton of new release games, don't think I've ever seen one of them sellout on release day and if they did I doubt the other two here would.

highly doubt they cancelled or even had preorder and was more trolling than anything, as if this wouldnt be addressed

I don't think he was referring to people canceling their PO's over not having this, but canceling it so quickly - as it sounds they are going to patch it in. Still 2 weeks left - seems like waiting for some type of confirmation would have made the most sense - What happens if they come back next week and confirm they are indeed going to patch it in soon after launch?? Now you're PO is lost because of an instant knee jerk reaction.

To each their own though, if they feel this is a reason to cancel a launch next gen system - by all means do what makes you happy
