Its out now. I was able to pick my preorder copy up last Friday. They called me Thursday night.

Amazon is supposed to start collecting tax in Mass on November 1st, but my order still doesn't have tax applied to it. Will they charge me tax as soon as it ships even though it doesn't state it in the order? I made a copy of the invoice dated 11/11 saying there's no tax to be collected and everything.

Nothing surprising, caching is just a new word for installing, and it doesn't go away automatically but they considered doing that.

Thing is you have to understand the age demographics of people who work in these stores, you're either going to have high-school aged teenagers/or people 40+. The supervisors/managers are a different story,having retail management experience I can tell you that customers many times will tell you what you want to hear, so it can make you a bit hardened to things like this. The typical response seems to be "If you don't know, deny."

If it was a really old woman or old man I'd have mentioned that though, the guys I spoke to were all in their 30s though...

Ok I went to Target and they told me that the next gen games wont be out until Friday. I told them that everyone else is selling most of the game now and tomorrow but he kept arguing with me about it. I couldnt get them to budge on it so I left and went to Bestbuy with Targets ad and they told me they wernt matching that deal. I then went to Walmart and they said the same thing about not matching the deal.

I am getting extremely heated.

Ordered 2k14 & Fifa last night after I got the Amazon B1G1 email. Got an email today that said my expected delivery date for NBA 2k14 was DECEMBER 26th.

I sure hope that changes, lol.

@mikenoob, because of the order was made before the tax collecting, it should stand without tax. They can't add money to your order when the deal was already done
