The ps4 uses sata 2 instead of sata 3 cables so you won't get the bang from you buck with respect to speed per dollar spent because the cable will bottleneck you speed. SSD don't defrag like normal hard drives so TRIM is used on pcs when you constantly write/delete and rewrite to the drive to get rid of drive fragmentation. Without TRIM you would need to constantly uninstall, hook up to pc and trim your ssd to keep it running fast. I would recommend a hybrid Hdd, something like seagate's momentus drives.

They just released a 2tb version. That's probably the one I am going to put in my ps4.

A little advice to our newlywed gamers out there. Take these next few days to get that honey do list knocked out or other things that need to get done. If anything it will help pass the time and free you up for uninterrupted playtime this weekend!

Got most of my work done today with the rest set for Wed. Come Thur evening, I will be ready....

Yep. My wife has been on me to clean out the study for a month. Knocked that out today. Fixed the broken hose on the sink, fixed the outside water hose, putting up blinds wednesday...etc. She knows I'm excited about Friday & she is gonna b outta town Saturday so it looks like my weekend should be pretty awesome.

I may have to hurt the wallet a little more & get her an iPad. I wish I didn't love electronic technology so much.

No, rants don't have a point, I had a point and if you were paying attention you'd have seen that my argument was validated by the manager, he apologized to me and actually changed the original policy after he checked on what I was saying..

just got back from BB and wondering if they will match target's promo and since im a member of BB RZ, i prefer to get it from them.

the sales person told me that they will not match it and said that their manager informed sony about the deals and that sony will FINE the stores for doing this... I SAID, THEN GOODLUCK, since amazon and other BB is matching Targets. Im pissed about the bluff of this salesperon, Im sure its he's just telling me a story so I will feel myself sorry and buy my game at their shop...which no PS4 games on display.

Just talked to my local gs and they said for me to get there at least a hour before 6 on thurs and be in line to try and get one of the handful of extra copies they have. Well if amazon cant give me my pre order back this is what I will be doing.

Im not done with amazon either. I think I might have a free flatscreen before its over with. I calles again this morning and was told the same thing as last night. A supervisor will see if he can get me a pre order back and call me. Its killing me to wait on this call from them on what they can do.

maybe I just need to be a complete a-hole, raise my voice, and snap, rather then being nice-upset about it when im on the phone with them.

I have the absolute worst bestbuy in the world next to me

Stayed over there 2 hours went through 4 different employees that either didn't know anything about TV's , specs , lag ect

I told them i wanted a 1080P they kept trying to shove me a 720P tv saying i will not notice a difference at all , it'll be good for the ps4 ect...

Im pretty sure id notice a damn difference so i tell him to show me the 1080p please and then hes acting like the 600-700 dollar tv's are the only 1080p tv's they have

Why do you need someone to show you that stuff? The specs are right next to the TV.
