Hell no man, just don't do it. Ive used craigslist for at least 25 transactions and had decent luck with it, but I have also met that person and verified that if I was buying that it worked, and If I was selling that they had cash in hand.
Im pretty cautious and even I have been duped into buying software that looked legit with factory seals and holograms and whatnot, only to go register the product security code and find out that it had already been registered and had a subsequent 15+different IP addresses it had used to get re-verified.
If you cant physically put your hand on the product and be assured that you are buying what you think you are buying, your setting yourself up to get scammed. Friend of mine bought a few items via craigslist that he had to have mailed and it turned out to be a box with a few bricks in it.
