It happened to me 8-9 times in about 45 seconds playing Resogun and then stopped for several minutes.

Well I'm screwed... The original rep from Amazon I spoke to did the complete opposite of what I wanted... Now the package is being sent back to Amazon and I am being refunded and my brother won't have a PS4 for awhile... Thanks Amazon, thanks a lot! And nothing to make up for it, but an apology!

How do you get back to the home screen after playing a game?

I've been hitting the PS button on the controller then selecting the game and hitting the options button>close application

Pretty sure it is running. I had a problem with it about 3-4 hours after release. But since then its worked fine for me.

On my second PS4, just short of 24 hours since launch and the only game I can okay is Battlefield (single player and online). As for Madden and NBA 2K14, I cannot get past the loading screens. It keeps saying the network is down. I'm done. I'll try again tomorrow.

I know 2k has a couple of downloads and it takes a long time. After checking what you have in the dl que in the home screen there is the 2nd dl you have to complet

It was in Jacksonville too which is only 3 hours away... Apparently she wanted the original package sent back to Amazon so when my replacement comes "It will make it easier on me" yeah this makes things much easier and less frustrating... I'm so mad right now...

No, I think the fact that the XB1 can seemingly do everything I can do on the PS4 now AND TV integration takes it one step ahead, especially for me.

Haven't been able to play COD: Ghosts because I can't digitally upgrade from PS3 version since the PlayStation store is down for maintenance but I've been able to play 2k and I swear I'm truly blown away me and my friends are going nuts!

If you haven't yet, you may want to try calling them in the morning. I've had a lot more success over the phone than in chat. Still, that really, really ******* sucks, dude. My situation already pissed me off, but that's infinitely worse. If you can get to a supervisor over the phone and explain that you never asked them to send it back (helps if you have the chat logs) then you'll more than likely get SOME kind of apology in return (meaning credit or whatever).

I mean, I got 40 bucks out of the deal, and you should definitely get that too, if not more after that BS.
