So for anyone who isn't a PS Plus member, or if you need to renew anytime soon, AND you're a Gamers Club Member at Best Buy, there's a coupon that gets you $10 off a year subscription, and $5 off a three month subscription. To do it in store, print the coupon, to do it online, you just have to sign in with your account and it deducts automatically. The only downside is they don't email you a code, so you have to wait for it to be shipped or you need to do store pickup. Link
Also, if you're not a Gamers Club member already, it's only $15 a year, and this gets you most of that back right away. And, I'd be willing to bet that several PS4 launch titles will qualify for their preorder and get a $20 Reward Zone certificate.

I finally settled on keeping my Amazon preorder. I wanted a place where I could put money down on it, but that requires me to pay almost $50 more (tax and I'm using a $20 credit for video game purchases), which justifies me getting an extra game at launch. So to "pay" it off, I'm just gonna throw money into a savings account and transfer over right before it ships. I preordered minutes after it went live and with Prime, I've got free shipping. I have day one editions for both consoles locked in. If I was to cancel one it would be the PS4, but seeing how the day one edition may be a hot commodity I may hold off on that.Comment

OK newegg doesn't charge until the item is in stock. However it says item probably ships the day of release. I would call them to be sure about the shipping time. If they can guarantee release day delivery its the best option outside of amazon prime ordering.It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.Comment
